As a personal trainer I educate, listen, ask questions, and always tell the truth...the truth about what I see, where you're at in your journey, and the tools you need to help you achieve the lean, sexy, pain-free body you want. I provide experience, knowledge and expertise in health & wellness so you can go about your busy life and leave the details to me.  

What to expect

During your initial free consultation we uncover what you want to achieve, why you want it, and what has been holding you back. Once you've chosen either my 5-day per week, 30-Minute Fat Blast program or the 1-Hour Dynamic Training package, I assist you in building skills and confidence while helping you lose weight, gain muscle, and live your life more fully. You will receive comprehensive full-body measurements and my signature movement assessment, allowing us to truly customize your training program to free you of postural difficulties that cause physical pain, exhaustion, and perpetuate negative habits like over-eating and poor self care.

Strength Training

Getting you off the hamster wheel! If you've been spinning the cardio wheel for too long and know you need better results in less time, strength training is your answer. The more lean muscle mass you have, the more calories you're burning during all your activities, even sitting at home on the couch. That's because muscle requires more energy to maintain, and a higher energy output equals calories burned. Male or female, everyone looks better naked when they're STRONG, lean and toned! Building and maintaining muscle also requires dialed nutrition, so read below for more information on my custom nutrition plans...they're included in your personal training package.

Nutrition

Nutrition is also a big part of your success, and trust me, it is actually FUN to not only learn how to easily integrate foods that support your goals, but to track what you eat and watch as your new, HEALTHY life unfolds. Functional Fitness & Flexibility

If you're tired of being in pain, having difficulty with everyday tasks like getting up and down off the floor, in and out of your car, or playing with your kids, you're not alone. Most of us have years of accumulated stiffness, weakness, and postural problems that are easily remedied. As mentioned above, a detailed movement assessment is done at the start of your program so that we find out exactly why your body isn't performing at it's optimal level, and from there I incorporate corrective exercises and active flexibility to get you moving pain-free in no time!
